Perfect Pattern for your Christmas Scraps! – 12 Makes of Christmas 2021 from Quilt Addicts Anonymous

I originally designed the Ghost of Christmas Past pattern to be used for a fabric exchange. The idea was that you get your quilty friends to all buy a yard of fabric, and trade the cut up pieces to create a wonderfully scrappy quilt.

You can totally get that going with your quilty friends, or you can just used all of your holiday scraps! That’s what we did when we remade the quilt this year with all the leftovers from our 12 Makes of Christmas projects.

This pattern is designed to alternate the green and red blocks so that ...

For our third make of Christmas we are replaying our tutorial for Ribbon Candy, a modern, fat quarter friendly holiday quilt that is perfect for using up all your extra Christmas fabric or that holiday fat quarter bundle you just had to have.

Here is a Christmas tree quilt pattern to display your favorite fabrics or to make as a scrappy quilt. Perfect as a wall hanging! I sprinkled it with stars and added the presents under the tree. No water required!

I finally got the binding done this weekend while listening to a book. Then, I left the house looking for a cool place to photograph it. I forgot to ...

~ Quilting and Cleaning ~ Gingerbread Man Quilt ~ from Podunk Pretties

Hello Happy Quilters!  For the last couple of weeks I've been trying to quilt my Gingerbread Man quilt.  The progress is slow but little by little she's getting done.
I love it when the light shines through the studio in the evenings, it really helps to show off he quilting.

As usual I started out thinking a simple quilting plan would be best.   I had no real plan other than a few feathers and free motion with no marking the quilt.  And as usual me, myself and I took over the plan.  This trio can come up with ...
